Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love every piece you purchase from XZOOB. If something is not quite right we offer a simple and supportive returns process to make your experience as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return unused unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure all tags boxes and accessories are included.
For hygiene reasons certain items such as earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide clear instructions along with a return address or return label if available.
All items must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item it will be inspected within 3 to 5 working days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional processing time from your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non refundable unless your item was faulty or received in error.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style please contact us. We will check availability and guide you through the exchange process.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and approved.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable period please contact us straight away with photos.
We will replace the item free of charge or offer a full refund where a replacement is not possible.
Non Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and product integrity the following cannot be returned unless faulty
• Earrings
• Custom or personalised items
• Made to order pieces once production has started
Return Shipping
Return shipping may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Please use a tracked service as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
