We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
International delivery will be introduced soon.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days.
During busy periods such as holidays or launch weeks processing times may take slightly longer but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery Options
Standard Delivery
• Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
• Tracked service for peace of mind.
• Free standard delivery may apply during promotional periods.
Express Delivery
• Delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days from dispatch.
• Fully tracked service.
• Extra charges apply and will be shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your parcel until it arrives at your door.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
If you need to make a change contact us as soon as possible.
Changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home during delivery the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame please contact us so we can look into it and assist with locating your parcel.
Pre Order or Made to Order Items
If your item is made to order or listed as a pre order your dispatch date may differ. Estimated delivery times will be shown on the product page or confirmed via email.
